First, product introduction
1.1 Product Description
According to
section 6.1.3 of ESD-S1.1, the ESD wrist strap must be tested daily unless a real-time
monitoring system is used. As described in 5.3.2.4.4 in the ESD manual TR20.20,
the ESD wrist strap must be checked every day. If the device is sensitive to
static electricity, the real-time grounding monitoring system must be used to
ensure grounding reliability.
Open the box and check whether the following items are complete:

Remote connector: 3 PCS (including 3 cables connecting to the host)

1.2 Device Features
1) Can monitor the ground resistance of three wrist straps and three pads at the same time.
2) Can wirelessly transmit grounding monitoring status and numerical collection to PC for data storage, analysis and report output;

Third, product use
After the above installation is complete, connect the power supply
and the equipment starts to work.
1) Insert the wrist strap into the jack of the extension end, do not
put the bracelet on the hand. This is the red light and alarm
2) The bracelet is worn on the wrist, when the alarm sound stops and
the green light is on
3) When you want to leave, first touch the "buckle seat"
on the extension end with your hand, and then buckle the wrist strap on the
"buckle seat" so that there will be no alarm sound, and the
corresponding indicator light is orange
Four，Equipment
Networking (optional)
Multiple 50683 devices can be networked, and monitoring records can be
displayed by remote computers. Networking legend:
All devices are connected using RJ11 twisted pair cables, each of which needs
to be connected to the computer via an RJ11-USB converter. It is recommended
that the distance from the first to the last device of a single line should not
exceed 152 meters.
The 50683 network supports the following functions:
Sets the ID number, region, and location
Sets the range of monitoring resistance. If it exceeds the range,
an alarm will be generated.
Sets the correction date
software scans the networking status of each device in real time
Record the fault
form a report

50683 Main engine warranty for one year, man-made damage is not covered by the
