I. Design scheme and product overview
THMonitor distributed environmental monitoring system is a highly reliable,
high-precision and user-friendly network environment monitoring system
developed by ESD Aegir for several years. It has become the basic equipment for
centralized monitoring of medical, food, telecommunications, electric power,
industrial chemicals, securities, banking, public environment and small and
medium-sized computer room equipment. It has the characteristics of scattered
data collection points, wide coverage, multiple data types, high acquisition
accuracy, stable and reliable system, etc. THMonitor system adopts RS-485
protocol, TCP/IP protocol networking, wireless Zigbee protocol networking,
considering the diversity and complexity of field equipment, adopts distributed
system architecture, data collection also adopts standardized interface, the
expansion of the system is very convenient.
The 50682-JS series temperature and
humidity recorder independently developed by the company is widely used in the
THMonitor system (obtained the utility model patent certificate officially
issued by the state). The intelligent temperature and humidity data recorder is
an instrument for monitoring and recording a number of climate parameters in
agricultural research, food, medicine, chemical industry, meteorology,
environmental protection, electronics, laboratory and other fields. The
recorder is ESD Aegir absorb the advantages of similar foreign products and
combined with the characteristics of our own design, can record temperature and
humidity and other climate parameters. High precision Swiss original imported,
integrated temperature and humidity digital sensor is used to store the
sampling data in the recorder memory. And the data collected and recorded can
be transmitted to the computer for processing. The recorder uses high energy
battery power supply, optional external power supply, small size and easy to
carry, the power consumption of the whole machine is very small.

4. System design scheme
4.1 Network topology

Note:
The THMonitor Client software is a tool for querying historical data and real-time data on clients.
THMonitor Server software is server-side software, which together form the C/S architecture.
THMonitor
monitoring system includes three parts: user layer, control layer and equipment
layer. The internal management of THMonitor system is very convenient, the
whole process of automatic control, accurate data, save manpower and material
resources, and fully meet the requirements of automatic temperature and
humidity environmental monitoring.
4.1.1 Three-layer structure of the system
◆ User layer: including any networked computer in the company, after installing THClient client software, you can view the current real-time running status or historical data in real time.
Working principle: All data is stored in the control layer (control server) above, the user layer can only query historical data through the LAN (or Internet), or view real-time data (there is a delay, generally not more than 2 minutes).
Workflow: When you run the THMonitor Client software - Enter the server IP address and port number, you can view real-time monitoring data and query historical data.
When
receiving real-time data from the server, the THMonitor Client software
determines the data. If the temperature and humidity data exceeds the set upper
and lower limits, the THMonitor Client software will play an alarm sound.
◆ Control layer: Run THMonitor monitoring software, collect data in real time, and write the
data into the database, manage all loggers remotely online, set up, download
data and so on. The control layer is equivalent to the Server side of the C/S
architecture, and the core is the THMonitor monitoring software.
This project uses SQL2008 database, the data is encrypted, any user can not modify the data, if any user attempts to modify, the modified data will be regarded as invalid data, can not be queried.
◆ Equipment layer: All high-precision
instruments can automatically record temperature and humidity, and send them to
the control center (MC) through Ethernet or GPRS network, which is
automatically controlled by THMonitor software. Even if the server is not
started or the line is faulty, the logger can automatically record data without
data loss.
4.1.2 Data Protection
◆Dual data protection: the database is stored in the database and the recorder at the same time, even if the computer system fails, the data will not be lost.
◆ Proprietary network to ensure reliable and stable network. The wiring of the system adopts the national standard four-core shielded cable, which is strong and durable, the signal is resistant to strong current interference, and is not easy to lose.
◆ Encryption verification: The data in each database is encrypted and saved. If you manually modify the data, the verification fails. As a result, the data is considered invalid and cannot be queried by the THMonitor Client software.
◆ Backup: Automatically back up once a day, compress and copy the THMonitor software installation directory to a compressed file, and then copy the file to the backup server. In the event of a server failure, the THMonitor system can be restored from the backup file.
4.2 THMonitor real-time network monitoring software
THMonitor
is the latest generation of real-time network monitoring software developed by
our company, based on Windows operating system, using Visual C++ development,
the interface is very beautiful and friendly, user-friendly operation. In order
to make the administrator more convenient management, some customized
development will be done for this project.
The main interface is as follows:
THMonitor software has the following features:
(1) Real-time display of data collected by each monitoring point. If the data exceeds the upper and lower limits set, the alarm sound is automatically played and an alarm message is sent to the administrator's mobile phone.
Note: The first-level administrator can specify the matching relationship between the alarm SMS and the administrator's mobile phone, such as specifying which instruments send alarm information to an administrator.
(2) Real-time display of system operation information, so that administrators can monitor the running status of the entire system at any time. If a fault occurs, the administrator should handle it immediately.
(3) Real-time alarm. And according to the set conditions trigger sound and light alarm or send a short message to the administrator's mobile phone. You can set a maximum of five administrator mobile numbers.
(4) Display the status of the collection point with red, yellow and green light state, which is convenient for users to intuitively display.
(5) Online increase or decrease recorder, convenient management.
(6) Online modification of recorder status.
(7) Online download of recorded data, all data are saved in the database, convenient for users to further analysis and processing.
